It serves 2 adults and 2 children with leftovers. This includes a bigger portion for me because I don&#039;t eat it with rice and can&#039;t be bothered to make a rice analogue. 

I haven&#039;t tried freezing it but, if you did, you&#039;d probably want to leave out the cashews and coriander and add these when you reheat it.]]></description>
