By the end of module 2, you will understand how to plan and implement an effective nutrition strategy for improving and maintaining your long-term health and performance.

First, we'll look at whether being fit means being healthy. Then, you'll learn about body composition and ways to assess it. 

I'll then provide you with my fundamental principles of nutrition, followed by some simple rules that you can apply daily in order to make sure your nutrition meets those principles.

We'll then look at some simple tools to make planning and, more importantly, cooking your food easier.

Finally, we'll work through two nutrition plan options, discussing why you would choose either, and working out the basic macro-nutrient breakdown of each. Don't worry, no calorie counting here and no long term weighing of food either!
