About Improving Your Running Technique

In over 30 years as an athlete and more than 20 as a coach in sports that involve running, I've seen trends come and go. I've also seen people promote running technique that is downright damaging.

While you'll discover in the course that some of the most strongly held beliefs about running form are little more than myth, you'll also discover principles that anyone can apply to their running to become a more efficient runner; able to run further and faster.

The course contains a discussion of these principles and a number of useful drills to help you integrate them into your running.
